Marilu Henner, a woman that has the strength and energy that comes from an adolescent, paired with sage's wisdom is a shining example of modern day woman who is able to do it all. She's a writer, health guru as well as a talk show host and producer. Dancer and director. Model and comedienne. But most important of all, she's a mom and wife! Perpetual Motion should be her nickname. Marilu Henner's whole life is an evidence of the strength of her attitude to health. She believes that you can accomplish anything with good health. However, it wasn't always this way. When she was in her teens, her weight rose rapidly. She was an emotional foodie who was sick and unhealthy all the times. Both of her parents, who were at the end of their lives and suffering from heart attacks or arthritis-related issues, passed away. The woman realized that she had to take responsibility for her own health. It wasn't about diets but to enhance our health and find a lifestyle that would maximize how our bodies are designed to perform. She stars as Sophie in the CBS show 2 Broke Girls, where she portrays Max and Caroline's Polish neighbor who owns a cleaning company.
